Hi, I’m Peggy Reynolds

I’m a Certified Life Coach (by Lumia), specializing in Purpose, Empowerment and Mental Fitness and a Reiki Practitioner completing levels 1, 2 and Masters (by Melinda Deboer-Ayrey).

When I listened to my heart I knew that I was meant to be a healer and touch people's lives. My life experiences can guide others. I’ve worked through my depression and anxiety to find my brighter side. I was trapped in a life yearning for fulfillment and it’s been a blessing to find my authentic self.

I’ve helped loved ones with addictions and have been privileged to support the LGBTQ+ community. My greatest accomplishment is parenting three unique and amazing children.
