Life coaching is a partnership where the coach and the client come together to accomplish a specific and measurable goal.
Coaching is client-focused and client-directed.
Coaches do not give advice, rather they lead the clients through a process of discovering where they are now, where they want to be, and what roadblocks might be in their way.
The process of coaching focuses on discovering solutions and improving the quality of life, rather than analyzing problems and replaying the past. Because Life Coaches are not therapists, they are there to be supportive and hold space.
Coaching is forward thinking with the most positive intentions.
The client has the answers and together we can bring them to the surface.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy.
As the energy flows it relaxes the blood vessels, tissues and organs bringing them to a greater balance and harmony which can improve your quality of life.
Reiki works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies of the participants. It is a non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body.
My reiki practice is about accelerating your body's own natural ability to heal itself. I help support:

Disease
